You are allowed up to $54.95 for the custom uniform in this package.
If you select a higher priced uniform- just pay the difference!
We will step through this:
You select a custom uniform from our $74.95 package and want to add $14.99 in applique lettering.
Just add together:
$74.95 (Desired Uniform) + 14.99 (Additional Lettering) = $89.94 (Total cost of desired uniform)
Then subtract your uniform allowance:
$89.94 (Total cost of desired uniform) -54.95 (Uniform Allowance) = $34.95 (Upgrade Difference)
Add the difference to the Package Price:
$89.95 (Ultimate Deal) + 34.95 (Uniform Upgrade Difference) = $129.90 Upgraded Uniform Package
Now, let's say you also want a different bow & poms. You have an allowance of $3.95 for your bow and up to $6.50 each for your poms.
Take your Upgraded package price (Above) and add the difference in the cost of the desired bow and the desired poms.
$129.90 (Upgraded Price) + 3.95 (bow difference) + {$9.95 (desired pom)- 6.50 (package pom) x 2 Poms = $6.90 (pom difference)}
= $140.75 New Totally Upgraded Package Price

Now, we DO have a few rules for our Package Deals...
|
||
1. Everything in the package must be the same style/ color/ lettering etc. Different sizes are OK, of course!
2. You cannot leave anything out of the package and expect to get a credit. Some items may be able to be substituted, upon approval.
3. YES, YOU CAN SUBSTITUTE A STOCK UNIFORM (shell & skirt), if you are short on time- your choice, up to $54.95 worth.
Keep in mind colors from one manufacturer to another, probably won't match- so try to stick with the same manufacturer for both top & skirt.
4. There is an minimum of 6 for this package. We are TEAM oriented and many items ship directly from our manufacturers (saves time and
double shipping). We know that sometimes you can be faced with a situation where you have to have just a few more- no matter what.
Even if it doesn't meet the minimums- it CAN be done. It can also be time consuming and costly. We know it can be expensive, but it's our alternative to saying "NO, we can't help you- you have to buy 6 or buy elsewhere", like some other companies do. Under 6: There is a $15.00 EACH, small order fee for your custom uniform(s), plus shipping, plus possibly extra shipping & small order fees from different manufacturers (if we don't have, in-house, exactly the right size or color item you need). For your own sake (and our sanity) - PLEASE TRY TO ORDER TOGETHER - ALL AT ONE TIME! Oh, and do TRY to order early too!
5. We reserve the right to substitute similar, comparable merchandise in case an item will unavailable for more than a couple of weeks.
(Custom uniforms not included). We will try our best to contact you, before substituting any item with significant differences.
6. If you need accessories shipped BEFORE your uniforms are ready, you may prefer to pay separate shipping on the accessories.
The accessory portion of the package must be prepaid in full before shipment. Normally, everything will ship together with your uniforms or separately (at OUR convience) near or at the time your uniforms are ready.
7. Package items are subject to our normal return/exchange policies. Custom uniforms, bodyliners, custom warm ups, poms, briefs (for health
reasons) or any item customized by us or anyone else are non-returnable and non exchangable. Undecorated shorts, t-shirts, bags, stock bows, stock warm ups, midriffs, socks, shoes (clean, unworn, unlaced with all accessories in unmarked box) are subject to a 15% restock fee for exchange or return.
8. We reserve the right to make changes in these policies at any time, without notice.
