How to Order Custom Sublimation
Order Submission:
All sublimation orders need to be submitted on a CheerDeals Sublimation Order Form
You can open the sublimation order form in either Adobe Reader (.pdf format) or Microsoft Word. We will fax or email you the form upon request. All orders and custom artwork must be mailed, emailed or faxed.

Select colors in specified color sequence,
as shown with each design.

3. Indicate Mascot, Names and/or other special logo treatments.

Sublimation Production Time:
5 weeks from the day art approval is received, including shipping.
Minimum Order Charges:
There will be a 25% upcharge for orders less than 6 pieces per style, per color. No minimum upcharge for fill-in orders indicating the same design/colors. Small order fees may still apply.
Artwork Approval Policy:
Production on any order will NOT begin
until a written artwork approval is received.
Signed artwork approvals must be faxed to 1.866.91.CHEER or emailed to orders@cheerdeals.com
We cannot accept changes to any order after artwork approval is received.

Stock Art:
All graphic designs shown on garments are available at no extra charge. If you have a specific layout or concept in mind other than what is shown, please be sure to describe it in as much detail as possible on the order form. A vast library of art, such as mascots, sport logos, etc. is at our disposal.
Custom Art:
There are no art charges for stock designs. Extra art charges may apply for custom design artwork. Complex logos and other personalized treatments will incur an additional charge at the rate of $64.00 per hour. A high-resolution digital vector file must be provided for artwork. Any other format may incur an additional charge. Please contact Customer Service at 1.800.775.2075 for specific on art requirements.

Custom Sublimation Care / Washing Instructions:
Wash inside out in cold water, gentle cycle, hang dry. Be sure to wash separately! Never wash with body wear or any other garments.
Sublimation Colors: Black, Brown, Cardinal, Columbia Blue, Dk. Green, Grey, Hot Pink, Kelly, Lavender, Lime, Lt. Gold, Lt. Pink, Maroon, Navy, Orange, Purple, Powder Blue, Royal, Scarlet, Silver, Teal, Tenn. Orange, Texas Orange, Vegas Gold
Custom Sublimated garments may not be returned for any reason.
Under no circumstances are any sublimated garments to be put though a screen print dryer. Dyes will migrate and the design will be ruined !
